How we use your competition entry information

To enter the competition you will provide BBC Studios Americas Inc (“BBC Studios”) with your personal data, including your name, email address and country of residence.

BBC Studios will process your personal data to administer the competition and to send you marketing emails (if you choose to subscribe). BBC Studios may contact you to fulfil the prize. The winning entrants will be drawn at random after the closing date.

We will protect your information in many different ways. These include staff training, investing in technology and following strict handling and storing procedures. We will retain your data for compliance purposes for 6 months after the competition closes and will then destroy it in line with the BBC Studios Data Retention Policy.

Your information will be transferred to our parent company in the UK, BBC Studios Distribution Limited, where the competition will be administered. We will share the contact details of the winners with Moose Toys LLC and/or MTCAN Inc for prize fulfilment purposes only. We will not otherwise share your information with anyone outside BBC Studios group.
