What You’ll need:
- A paper cup
- Coloured paper, cut into 8 thin strips
- Printed paper template of octo-dads, Bandit and Frank (Download below)
- Scissors (Make sure to ask a parent or adult for help)
- Glue
- Sticky tape
- Bells, shells, bottle tops or beads
- String
